Major Job Duties:

• Service inbound calls and email from interested customers and prospects.

• Build customer relationships by providing comprehensive service including follow-up and prospecting.

• Attend vendor product training and internal sales training on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills & effective listening skills.

• Strong organizational & computer skills.

• Be able to function cooperatively as a team & in cooperation with other departments.

• Pass illegal-drug screening.
