We are seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals to handle inbound calls and emails to resolve customer order issues. With flexible scheduling becoming a ProMusicGroup can be fun and rewarding, no experience necessary. Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Good typing skills.

• Music equipment knowledge helpful, but not required.
