Founded in 1976, ProMusicGroup (then called ProSound And Stage Lighting) started off as a small retailer in a store with less than 1000 square feet. Focusing on providing professional audio, recording and lighting equipment to an emerging category, ProMusicGroup grew to several retail locations in Southern California. In the late 1980’s, the stores were consolidated to a single large retail location in Garden Grove, California. In 1991, we began our mail order division and mailed our first catalog, in 1996 we launched the PSSL.com website. Taking our knowledge of direct marketing, ecommerce and fullfilment, we expanded our operation to include additional brands and services. We continue to grow ProMusicGroup both organically and through acquisitions with the same promise as in 1976, to exceed our customer’s expectations at every point of contact.
